What we can all learn from the Germans

After a gruesome final with one of the world's greatest team Argentina, Germany managed to pull of a staggering victory through Goetze's amazing goal in extra time.
The German giants managed to knock out some of the world's best during this exciting world cup, these included Portugal, France and the world cup hosts Brazil. Although they may have seemed unconvincing at times such as with their game against Ghana and Algeria however overall the Germans has displayed quality traits that were uncontested by any other national team. These are the traits that we can all hope to learn from die mannschaft.

  1. Leadership: The German national team have undoubtedly the best leadership qualities of all, with leadership qualities clearly visual throughout their game play. The Germans are led by two unselfish admirable leaders, the fullback Philip Lahm as team captain and his vice-captain the fierce Bastian Schweinsteiger. Even in moments of doubt, these two clearly excelled above all and ensured that the team player effectively and this is a definite reason of their world cup glory.
  2. Teamwork: Throughout this amazing tournament there were a number of national teams that truly showed some great team work qualities, these included the Netherlands, France and even the Argentinians with their impeccable defense however the Germans clearly stood above them all. This is shown with their wonderful  mid-field game play, with the play makers such as Schweinsteiger, Oezil and Khedira showing great passing capability. The secret to their game play however lies in their unselfishness and teamwork,  this is seen during a number of their goals.
  3. Persistence: Looking back at history one can see that the German national team has always been very persistence in their world cup conquest by consistently making it to the semi or the final of the tournaments. Germany is the only national team that has been 4 times runner-ups in such a prestigious tournament. This shows that throughout the history of the national team, the Germans had been very persistence in their quest for glory and always strive to lift the world cup.
It comes to no shock to me that the Germans have finally lift the trophy and I personally congratulate such a great team for it's wonderful efforts. We should all hope to learn from the Germans in order to use these traits both on the pitch and in our professional lives.
